Remove all personal belongings from PPE pockets and straps.

Separate outer shell from liner for jacket and pants.

Leave DRD in the jacket.

Turn liners inside out.

Place shells and liners in CLEAR bag supplied by ISP.

For PPE with Biohazard or Bloodborne contamination, place in RED bag.

For PPE with Lithium or Chemical contamination, place in YELLOW bag.

Confirm Serial Numbers for shell and liner match.

Fill out “Cleaning and Repair” form supplied by ISP.

Attach sleeve to the clear, yellow, or red bag containing your PPE.

Tie bag shut.

Place bag in designated location at the station for pick-up or shipment.
